Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original organic cotton bags and secure them in a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
